Jai Banerjee
A professional with extensive experience of project planning and setting up of
departmental stores, hypermarkets, supermarkets, EBOs and warehousing facilities, Jai
Banerjee has independently planned, rolled out and run successfully several retail start-
ups. He has expertise in strategizing, formulating and implementing policies, systems &
procedures, advising organizations in the relevant domain, establishing and controlling
end-to-end retail operations, which includes complete Supply Chain Management and
Business Performance Analytics. He holds certificates in “Lean Management” and “Six
Sigma Master Black Belt”. He is also associated as the Subject Matter Expert, with
development of end-to-end software product suites, for all types of channel sales
partners and retailers.

With more than thirty-six years of experience in the industry at various levels, Mr. Sandip
Mitra retired as a Senior Vice President from India Power Corporation Ltd. He possesses
extensive experience in the fields of Accounts, MIS, Budget, Costing, Taxation, Fundraising,
Foreign Collaboration, Merger, Legal and Arbitration, etc. He also has vast experience in
Engineering Companies, Oil industry, EPC companies, and Power generating and
distributing companies at the senior level. In addition to this, Mr. Mitra also worked as a
senior consultant with the PwC in various consulting assignments.
Siva Prasada Padhi

A professional with extensive experience in Bank Audits, Siva Prasad Padhi is an
Independent Director of Odisha Mining Corporation Limited (PSU) and member of the Audit
committee, CSR committee, Sales & marketing Committee & Special Invitee to Technical
committee of the Corporation. Mr. Padhi has humongous experience in conducting Branch
Audits of banks in India and Project Appraisals, under World Bank Projects and has
conducted the Forensic Audits of Indian Council of Medical Research, Bhubaneswar, Gun &
Shell Factory, WB (under Ministry of Defence) & at GRIDCO, Bhubaneswar.
